Patients

Every effort will be made to reserve the earliest and most convenient appointment with Dr. Phillips for you. Hours are available Monday through Friday by appointment only. 

Emergency Care

If you have a serious problem, call our office immediately. In most cases, our staff can assist you with your questions or they will contact Dr. Phillips directly. 

Consultation Appointment

Your first consultation appointment gives you and Dr. Phillips the opportunity to get to know one another and plan your treatment needs. We will request that you bring your recommended treatment (referral) and X-rays from your referring doctor, since we will be in contact with him/her regarding your care.

The following information will be discussed:

• Review of health history
• Complete oral-facial examination
• X-ray examination (if necessary)
• Diagnosis and treatment plan
• Financial arrangements

In the interest of conserving our patient's time, many minor procedures can be completed during the first consultation appointment. However, there may be conditions revealed during your examination that might delay your surgery. This may include a condition that necessitates medical evaluation or utilization of intravenous sedation.
